“Due to nation wide shutdown effective on 18 Mar 2020, the eateries offered only take-outs so my family after checking out ate the food in the hotel lobby but was told off by hotel staff. “The apartment was clean and comfortable to live in. However, body wash and shampoo weren’t provided adequately even though the ‘big’ bottle was placed in the bathroom. The bathroom was a bit dirty too as I could see stains on the floor. Another thing was the water heater didn't function well. The water was so cold!”
