“Helt nytt och fräscht hotell. Men tyvärr fick vi bara städning 2 av 5 dagar. En dag trodde vi de missat men dagen efter bad vi om städning och frågade om de missat. Fick då bäddade sängar men ingen städning. Dåligt! Bra frukost. Bra med gratis parkering. Tyvärr ingen transfer till SeaWorld den dagen vi behövde det. Lite synd!”

“Det bästa med detta hotell är läget och att fast pass till universal & IOA ingår. Jättefint poolområde också men det var stängt tre av fyra dagar när vi var där för det var för kallt. Vattentaxin till parkerna var mysig och det tog bara 7 minuter att gå dit. ”

“Att bo här är som att gå in i en helt annan värld. Uppbyggt som ett mini Portefino. Verkligen mysigt och en kul upplevelse, både för vuxna och barn. Som gäst på hotellet får man expresspass till parken som gör att man går före ordinarie köer till attraktionerna. Sparar mycket tid och köande. Hotellets båt kör en till och från parken. Även det smidigt och en del av upplevelsen. Vi stannade två nätter och trivdes jättebra. ”

“I have to give it 5 stars since the apartment is very new and clean, super clean and nice area for kids and family. The water park is perfect size for young kids to play. I love love this place because of their exceptional cleanliness. To me that’s the most important even though the price is a little higher than other hotels! ”

“The room was really nice, you can tell it was just remodeled. Comfortable beds, huge TV's in each room. I think they had a little too much furniture, the bedrooms were pretty tight to walk around. I think this is an independently owned condo in this building, the condo looks amazing, but the resort in general could use updating. The hallways look older, the elevator had issues, we had to walk up 7 flights of stairs a couple times, and the pool was not heated. ”

“They would not give me access even One Minute early. The lock activated at 4pm. No one was inside, it was all ready for us but the whole family had to eait outside untill the lock set time. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient. Then they've kept bugging and bugging us about leaving on time or they were gonna charge me more money this was not a good deal”

“This is a duplex and the pool out back was good but you do share with the next door attached duplex but we never saw the other people. Had some problems with the TVs. The one in the main room and the smaller bedroom were Roku but only one Roku remote. The TV in the master bedroom didn't seem to have any connections to be able to use.One afternoon returning from Universal, there was a couple fixing the loose netting around the pool and cleaning the pool but were there until after 8pm which held...

“We loved how close this property is to Universal Orlando! It made it so much easier to get to City Walk, and the Universal theme parks. We used the water taxi from Lowes Portifino and it was a wonderful trip! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We are very pleased with our stay at this condo, we all loved it. ”
