“This place was horrible. Check in was a disastrous experience. They wouldn't grant me my first floor request said that the second floor was the only room avaliable. However more than half of the rooms were empty. There was food all over the ceiling and walls in the kitchen. The air conditioner was turned all the way off when we first got into the room so we turned it on turned it all the way down it was 90° in there and it never got below 84 staff was horribly rude trash all over the ground...

“If you’re considering staying here, please read the below. This was my experience: In order to check in the host has to let you in. They did not pick up the phone or respond to my text whenever I arrived. A stranger had to let me in. The apartment right above was consistently loud until after 4 am on top of consistent stomping and screaming whenever they’re home. They love to play music so loudly on the weekends that I can Shazam every song from below. Our apartment is not in the best...

“The pool didnt work the week that we were there. We also had the smoke alarm beep the entire stay. We called maintenance and they replaced a battery and it was still back to beeping especially after the workday. Would still stay here again. Everything else was great! Grounds, food, staff, room,etc.”

“Every interaction with staff was excellent. room was comfortable and clean. Temperature control, and AC noise was non- intrusive. Streaming choices were very limited. Walking Access to Baylor Heart Hospital was great. Complementary breakfast was reasonably tasty and well tended. All front desk staff were knowledgeable and responsive on all shifts. Overall, a good experience.”

“Weird. Inhospitable. Check in strange. Room wasn’t great. Sleep was not great. The wi-fi cut out very often. One do the worst wifis i’ve had at hotels. And although the checkout staff was kind and offering something for the inconvenience it just didn’t feel right. Shower smelled something. Asked for a cleaning but came back to the room uncleaned.
