“The front desk guy (Asian) didn't seem to be happy to help the clients, and his face was not showing welcoming. We did like him at all.”

“Had to urgently check out due to poor management. Came back from the office one day and could not enter the room because of extreme smell of thinner. It was like someone emptied an entire bucket of thinner in my room. Staff or management did not care to resolve problem. The only offer i got was to move into a room where a guest just left, room was not cleaned from the other guest. Checked out and went to other hotel. No explanation from management, eventhough they promised to call me.”

“Very clean hotel, super approachable staff, safe neighborhood, easy and ample parking, pool with outdoor tables, daily coffee/tea in the lobby. What is not to love? :) 5/5 ”

“The breakfast was limited in options but was willing to make accommodations with what they had. The pool was filthy but they did clean it day 3. The gym was pretty good. Overall decent stay outside of the constant heavy walking in the room above me…heavy boots.”

“The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were fantastic - super friendly and professional. Everyone seemed genuinely happy. The front desk staff especially deserves accolades for staying professional while dealing with a huge obnoxious group of soccer players and broken elevators all weekend. Two out of three elevators were broken which was a huge inconvenience; whomever is in charge of maintenance should have been prioritizing repairs yet they remained broken all weekend.
