• Dog-policy: Maximum of 2 allowed + a $150 fee. Renters are liable for any damage caused by their dog and are responsible for picking up and properly disposing of all pet waste. Dogs only, no other pets -- no exceptions.
• Cancellation policy: Our cancellation policy is NOT flexible, therefore we highly encourage travel insurance to protect from the unexpected. Travel Insurance can be purchased directly through Vrbo or through us.
• Rental Agreement: a rental agreement is required to be signed within 48 hours of booking to secure your stay along providing a picture of your ID. The guest that books the stay is required to sign the agreement and provide the names of all guests staying, and must be present during the entirety of reservation.
• Minimum age of Primary Renter: 25
• At the time of booking: Accurate guest count is required including number of dogs, if applicable.
