“Excellent place, especially if you golf and have a pet. Nicely furnished, comfortable, roomy. So much to do in the area! Beautiful scenery. The view of the stars and fireflies in the backyard last night was unforgettable! Quiet surroundings as well. We will be back and the host is top notch!”

“What a fun and beautiful stay! The owners put their heart and soul into this lovely home. It was spotless, cozy and the hot tub was a bonus for sure. Everything you could possibly need was on hand. I’ll be recommending this to all of my Iowa friends visiting Galena for sure! You won’t regret staying here, fabulous!”

“This was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed at in Galena. We have stayed at a lot of them. Incredibly quiet and peaceful. Love the TV watching setup and the furniture was comfortable. So unusual in a rental. Both my husband and I have back issues so need support and a way to put up our feet. First time we went home without pain/discomfort. Loved that one of the showers was a normal size and not a tiny square. We stayed for a week and didnt need the air conditioning with the windows open...

“Beautifully decorated new home in a very quiet setting. Great location to downtown Galena. We also spent some time at wineries that are close by. Highly recommended this home! The host was fantastic to work with and great communication.”

“Cute, cozy, well kept home. Great location - within walking distance to Main Street. It is close to railroad tracks so you might want to bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.”

“Very responsive hosts”

“This villa was beautiful, very clean, well-maintained and they thought of everything. The communication was above and beyond and we will definitely be back.”

“Wonderful property with great amenities near by. Very clean, comfortable and easy to settle in to. Also a great townhouse development within the Galena Territory. Would absolutely recommend!”

“I was blown away by the UFO. The property is absolutely charming. The house was incredibly clean, and the attention to detail by the host was top notch. The UFO is an absolute gem.”

“Place was darling. Well maintained, nicely decorated, peaceful and cozy, nestled in a little wooded area. It was a little out of town but a beautiful drive (country) to and from Galena (town). Beds were comfy, place was clean and very welcoming. Host was available and had great communication. Perfect for our Girls trip to Galena!! We would definitely stay again. We did not use any other amenities offered such as pickleball/pool. But pool passes were provided if we wanted too.”

“Clean and beautifully decorated”

“Absolutely a beautiful place to stay. Excellent communication with the host. Will be back in the fall. Thank you so much!”
