REMODELED: Charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome with a view of the 10th hole of the South Golf Course. Enjoy nature or catch some sun while lounging on the back deck. This townhome has been updated to feel like a cozy cabin getaway with modern comforts, including FAST WIFI! Additionally, we provide four amenity passes allowing you access to the Owners' Club where you can enjoy indoor, outdoor, and kiddie pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor/outdoor basketball and pickle ball courts, boating tennis courts, Game Room, free WIFI, etc.

The Galena Territories offer many activities to choose from, including horseback riding, hiking, wine tours, fishing, shopping, skiing, and more. This home has a King bed on the main level and 2 extra-long twins on the upper level. Two full bathrooms. Sleeps 4. Max. Occupancy 4.

WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE IS ONLY FOR USE IN MONTHS OF NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, AND JANUARY. Logs are not provided but can be purchased at the General Store, Casey's, and Wal-Mart.

My husband and I love the Galena area and decided to celebrate New Year’s in the Territories. We loved the coziness of this property, inside and out. It is quiet and peaceful, yet we could go into the downtown area within 15 minutes. The bed is so comfortable! We had all of the amenities we needed for cooking meals in the evening. We recommend staying here and we will be back.

We rented this property for 3 nights during Christmas 2025. My wife and I are retired and travelled with our border collie mix. Communication with the owner, Brian, was excellent. On arrival we had an issue with the door code and I was able to call him and resolve the issue right away. The townhouse is off the fairway of hole 10 on the south course. The view was excellent and mostly unobstructed. Our dog loved watching small critters and occasional people walking by on the cart path. The path itself was far enough away so we had plenty of privacy. The interior was updated and clean. The bedrooms upstairs and downstairs were quiet and comfortable. We had no issues and would recommend this unit.

Cute little townhome. Bedding was very comfortable! The safety lock on front door was very difficult to lock. Have to walk down steps from car and there was no lighting the second night. We had an 83 year old with us so we were concerned about visibility. Little Christmas tree a nice touch but could use another strand of lights. Maybe 1-2 ornaments? lol.

This condo was perfect for our girls’ getaway in Galena! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The Galena Territory amenities were just a short distance away and offered activities for all interests. Brian was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Quiet getaway

Nice corner unit for us and our pup Ernie to stay in for a long weekend. Brian was super helpful getting us inside when we locked ourselves out. Gave great restaurant recommendations. Don't sleep on Otto's, went there for breakfast both mornings. Cucina Bella was delicious and the chocolate mousse was incredible. Fried Green Tomatoes was a nice way to end the trip. Next time need to bring our clubs... Lots of golf courses around. Would totally come back to enjoy the peace and quiet on the deck.

Perfect weekend getaway

It was just the two of us and our dog and it worked out great. Would be a fun place for 2 couples or a family of 4 too. The host was easy to communicate with and I should have asked about recommendation for dog friendly restaurants in town.

Comfortable, spotless townhouse with fairway view

My husband and our 2 poodles spent a week at the townhouse. The layout was perfect for us, and I appreciated the upstairs desk as I was working for part of the time. The house was very clean, even the oven which I often find issues with in other places. The only thing is that we spent a whole week there, and the house was set up for a weekend. Kitchen utensils and necessities were very limited, only 1 kitchen towel provided, no oven tray, etc. There is a great washer and drier but no detergent for doing a couple of loads. That was a little annoying, but nothing that a trip to Walmart could not fix. Maybe for future stays, the length of stay could be taken into account.Anyway, master bed was also comfortable and shower was a delight with good temperature and pressure.We would definitely return.

Great girls weekend getaway!

Excellent place for a weekend stay! Brian was very responsive with communicating and everything was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views of the golf course off the deck and great places around the area for walking. Very close to everything downtown Galena. Wonderful place and will definitely consider it again.

Galena Getaway

Our stay was great in Galena once again. It was our first time staying at this property and everything was fantastic. Brian was very responsive to all requests/questions. Property has a beautiful view of the 10th green on the south golf course. I would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a great and relaxing trip to Galena.
