The property is fairly basic but clean, and the included breakfast was decent. We were unfortunate to experience a power outage one morning, but it wasn’t a major inconvenience as we were heading out for the day anyway. Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay.”

“Great location and hotel. Disorganised staff and bad communication. We biked a table at their seafood restaurant which they confirmed twice and when we came there it was not even expected to be open they told us. So as we didn’t want the standard buffet we went to Galle fort.”

“This property is a stunning gem away from the heat and bustle of Galle Fort. A beautiful pool and a sea breeze is definite respite during the day A 5 minute tuk tuk ride will take you to the Fort. The rooms are large. The beds very comfy. The shower was perfect. All decorated simply and in keeping with the building 150 year age. Then there is Mohan who appears like magic when you need something. He is kind and friendly, the perfect host..if he offers to make you a traditional lunch or dinner...
