This home is a comfortable beach get-away for family and friends located in Beachtown's Village One, close to the beach and town center. The main floor is spacious with a kitchen that opens to the living room. Early risers can enjoy spectacular sunrise views while enjoying their morning coffee on the patio. This property offers 4 bedrooms and an extra bunk bed cove with 3.5 bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 guests. The master suite features a king-size bed with a private bath and balcony. The remaining 3 rooms are spacious and each offer queen size beds. Guests will not be disappointed with their stay at this beautiful Beachtown home!

We enjoyed our stay in this beach house. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and the house had everything you could need! It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach with little ones, but the Beach is not overcrowded which is a major plus. The Beachtown property managers were friendly and helpful, and we would definitely recommend this beach house and would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated Beachtown house (looks just like the pictures). It was clean & comfortable and everything worked 
 new construction is nice, right? All the usual stuff was provided - coffee, toiletries, paper towels, etc. There were some munchies in the pantry, and beach towels in the laundry. And a nice welcome basket too! The property manager was friendly & helpful - we had to reach out a couple of times during the booking process (which was a bit confusing). We slept very well ... the beds were super-comfortable. There was a TV in every bedroom (and a huge one in the living room), and plenty of USB outlets everywhere. Wi-Fi was solid. Gotta mention the over-equipped kitchen ... it had more stuff than we could possibly use (Ninja blender, air fryer, Kitchen-Aid stand mixer!). The location was perfect. Beachtown is a quiet community of luxury beach-houses at the eastern tip of the island. It's a peaceful place without any touristy crowds, but the best of Galveston's restaurants, bars and attractions is only like 10 min away. (And you can walk right onto the private beach in a few minutes 
 with a little beach-wagon to lug all your gear.) Yeah, it was a little expensive, but we thought it was worth it. We had a great time - no complaints, and we're already starting to plan our next visit down there.
