Cozy Coastal Beach House: Walk to Pleasure Pier and the beach.

Originally built in 1910, this home is part of the Silk Stocking historic district. Although the space has been updated, it still retains its old-world charm and inviting feel. Walk through the front door and experience the beautifully decorated living area with two sofas and a chair, where you can relax and unwind. There is a fully stocked kitchen with all cookware ready for any occasion. This house has 6 bedrooms with 10 beds. The bathrooms are stocked with necessities needed for your stay. You will also find two separate laundry rooms with 3 washers and dryers.

Outside of the house you will find a space outfitted with a fire pit, BBQs and ample sitting area for a large group. Cook smores over the fire to cap off a long day at the beach or fire up the BBQ to cook a relaxing dinner for the evening under the string lights.

The Location: Situated in the middle of many attractions, you will find lots of entertainment within walking distance. Enjoy an easy 5 minute walk to pleasure pier or sit down at one of the many fantastic restaurants that surround it. The strand, where the cruise ship terminals are located, is a quick 5 minute drive. The house is also located very conveniently to the trolly drop off areas. The trolly’s run throughout the east part of the island, will take you to the strand or down sea wall.
