“Got charged for early check in...we were a little bit early but not much. I asked for a bottom room wife is handicapped He put us totally around the back of the building it really looked sketchy...unsafe.... “It was clean, the AC worked fine and parking was ok. Some minor things that we observed were no toilet paper holder, bathtub shower faucet dripping constantly, no closet or hook to hang clothes on and no regular pillows on the bed, but the decorative ones were comfortable and no Kleenex. Also, had to get someone from the office to set up the TV and if you turned it off, you had to have someone come set it up again.”

“This property was a crap hole of epic proportions. All the bedding was stained and there were bugs on the beds (spiders) and on the walls (roaches) and flying (multiple flying insects) around the room. The laminate floors were peeling and the cracks on the doors were big enough to see through to outside. The odor in the rooms was so bad that it caused light headedness. Lets not forget the strange gooey substance that was on the curtains. The staff was less than helpful and tried to deny the...
