“Upon checking in the owner was nasty and extremely rude he refused to give me a receipt. I have no issues with deposits but a receipt is a must . The owner said my bank will provider a receipt. Next day I checked on my app and this gentleman.charged me more than the original.deposit charge. I demand a receipt he finally agreed. “Your facility is well cared for and your help was fine as well. As an aging person I would not stay there again because you don’t have any shuttle to the airport and it’s a very long way to get there. Any hotel that I’ve ever stayed at that was near an airport had shuttle service. I’m very surprised that you don’t. FMK.”

“Staff was fab. Stayed one night in the penthouse which has a large balcony overlooking the parking lot. Space was nice but a deep cleaning was needed. Walls need to be cleaned off and shower deep cleaned.”

“Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...
