“Air conditioning in the lobby where the hotel bistro was was broken so it was quite warm there. The room we were given had a wet rug near the coffee maker and the faucet in the bathroom leaked from the fixture all over the counter. They moved us to a different room and the toilet overflowed. It was fixed by the time we returned but none of it left us with a great feeling. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.”

“Paid extra for a room with two beds and extra pullout couch. No blankets or linens provided for the couch and no one to help with anything. Not enough towels provided for number of guests stated. Had to go get those. We were only there one night but for an extended stay, nothing was provided. Beds were comfortable but small. Did not use couch as stated and doubled up on bed which was tight squeeze. Felt like you were going to fall out of bed with any movement. Okay for one night stay but...

“The bed was smelling. I did not sleep throughout the night because of the strong smell of the bed. The water remained stagnant in the bathtub and did not drain after showers. In addition, the hallway smelled terrible and unkept. I regretted my reservation at the motel. I strongly don't recommend it to anyone looking for a decent place to rest before their business in Providence.”

“We truly enjoyed everything about the property. The only thing that I was not made aware of was that I needed to pick up the breakfast ticket from the from desk before going to have breakfast. I was asked for this ticket while having breakfast and was completely unaware of it. That should be explained when checking in.”

“Upon arrival, I found the bathroom to be in an unacceptable and unsanitary condition. The bathtub was dirty, there was dirty standing water in the tub drain, and the toilet seat was heavily stained and blackened. I have photographs documenting these conditions. In addition, the hotel advertised a hot breakfast as part of the stay. However, no hot breakfast was available during my stay. “Clean, safe, with a comfortable bed. The room was a bit shabby and in need of updating, but not objectionable. It smelled of cleaning products. The color scheme was not to my taste, but it was fine as I spent just one night.”

“The room was clean, a great size. We had a very late check in with no problems. They let us have a later checkout.”

“The place is a converted warehouse. It was creatively layed out with an open concept. I felt very at home while there.My wife also enjoyed the space less the shower. The shower is completely open air.a and for her it was a bit public even though there is a door for the bathroom. The neighborhood is safe but there is very little to walk to but there are alot of good food places and bars just a short drive away.”
