âHad a really nice stay. Great location, really friendly staff. Clean room. Quite small rooms but that was expected. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for an affordable stay in Manhattan. â
âBest location (direct subway line from JFK) nice neighborhood, clean and with simple but fresh breakfast. Beds are a bit hard but is the only negative issue. Will return.â
âMuch better than anticipated. Clean, relatively large room for New York. Great location for a first stay in the city. We don't care much about sound as we both find it soothening. But it wasn't very loud at all, I was expecting much much more while I was reading a lot of other reviews, the walls are thin though so it could be we just got very quiet neighbours.
The bad things I have to say is that the bed was worn out, I mean shrunk down in the middle and squeeky. No sorting of trash. And also...
âWe had a very good experience. The hotel is located in the heart of Midtown with close distances to subways and attractions. The breakfast is very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nights where quite since the hotel is located in a quite street and we where fortunate to get a room high up. The negative part of the hotel is that it's noisy between the rooms and to the hallway. So if you have bad luck and get a noisy neighbor it might not be as comfortable. We were fortunate to get a good night...
âPerfect hotel for a solo traveller! Very cool style and interesting place - i liked it a lot.
However:
Did not expect the restaurant to be closed. No room service or any opportunity to get water, coffee or similiar stuff at the hotel. I assume that the ongoing renovation (wich also was not communicated, will help) â
âI had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, which boasts an excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring local attractions and activities within the city. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and accommodating staff, who provided excellent service throughout my visit. They even offered luggage storage, which was highly appreciated and made the experience seamless.
The hotel itself was modern, fresh, and very clean, contributing positively to my overall impression....
