"Bra att hotellet låg nära stationen då vi kom med tåg. Ok frukost. Sängarna helt ok men kuddarna alldeles för platta, svårt att sova.Inga extra kuddar. Svårt att få varmvatten. Ingen information om att kranarna satt åt fel håll.Superhård dusch när vi till slut förstod oss på kranarna. Neutral man i receptionen, sa inte ens välkommen! Ingen information eller skyltar om var frukostmatsalen låg. Garmisch-Partenkirchen var helt underbart men skulle inte välja det hotellet igen."
