This modern condo with a pool is perfect for your next getaway to Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains! Centrally located in the heart of Gatlinburg so walking around town is a breeze with free parking and the ideal location! Your own private balcony leads straight to the strip, so you are within a few minutes walk to all of the action that downtown has to offer! Plus the Smoky Mountain National Park is a couple of miles away with hiking, sightseeing, horseback riding, and much more!


We are available 24 hours a day, even on holidays, for anything that you may need! You can contact us via email, text, phone or messaging on here!

You can seriously WALK everywhere in Downtown Gatlinburg!! Its awesome!! If you are tired then just grab a ride on the Gatlinburg Trolley! We have a trolley stand right in front of our building!!

Parking is Free and access is 24 hours a day!! So arrive anytime after 4 pm on the day of your arrival and come and go as you please! Pets are not allowed in our condo or on the premises of the complex. We apologize that we are unable to accommodate families with pets.
We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
*Community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Location perfect

This location could not have been better. Right up from the main strip and walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping. Short drives into the park to all the hiking trails nearby. We even had a bear encounter as it meandered down the road.

Great location! Walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. Condo was clean and property manager/owner was easy to communicate with before and during the stay.

Double-booked Disaster

Upon check-in the unit was ready. We left our handbags and car keys on the table to walk downtown. Upon returning at 6:30pm other people were in the unit! They booked the unit for the same night through a different website than us. Our handbags and keys had been handed over to police. I contacted the owner. She explained there was a glitch, and the unit was double booked. She found another unit a few buildings away for us. Upon arrival to the new unit the elevator was broken and it was located on the 5th floor. The remotes were scattered on the floor and 1 of the beds was disturbed. I called the owner to let her know our findings. Someone had been in the unit but wasn’t able to stay since they had elderly family members and left due to the broken elevator. I requested for the bathrooms to be cleaned, the bed linens changed, linens for the pull-out bed which were missing, and for the code on the door to the changed. Housekeeping items were taken care of, but maintenance was unable to change the code. It is obvious that door codes are not being changed between guests and this is a huge security concern. I was in touch with the owner multiple times. She refunded half of my money and gave me the run around on the other half and said VRBO needed to refund it which wasn’t true. I have waited to post my review in hopes that the owner would finish making their right, but she hasn’t. I disputed the fees that had not been returned to me with my credit card.

Great location!

We really enjoyed the opportunity to stay in this condo. The beds and furniture were comfortable and it was perfect for our girls weekend! It's location was very convenient for getting around Gatlinburg, and there's a trolley stop at the property if you don't want to walk or drive and pay for parking at places on or near the trolley route(s).

Convenient, Safe, & Clean

This was the perfect location to walk downtown & enjoy Gatlinburg. Very clean & we loved having two bathrooms. 10/10.
