“Room and beds were very clean. This was my second stay here and it was just as satisfying. The bathrooms are a little small and the tvs are tiny. But we just used it for sleep. It is extremely budget friendly and just up the road from Dollywood. Highly recommend if you’re trying to save some money or are just looking for a place to sleep. It’s also within walking distance of a Casey’s Gas Station. So food is easy to find. Their breakfast was also really good for the price.”

“The room was clean, beds comfortable and staff was friendly. Have no real issues..the door handle to the shower was extremely loose and needed to be tightened but that was the only issue, which I made them aware of upon checkout. Overall it was good.”

“We decided to pay the $9.99 for the breakfast meal. It was the exact same type food that we are given free at other hotels, with a cheaper price. We should have looked at what was offered before we paid, but did not. That is our fault. This type breakfast should be complementary.”

“Room was clean, everything was a little outdated and our tub didn’t drain. The housekeepers, groundskeepers and most of the front desk were MARVELOUS. I checked in a little later than we anticipated (hit unexpected traffic delays on the way in) and the guy checking is in, Mark, was rude. I walked in, as I just walked in, he said “can I help you?” With an attitude and then was just super snarky for the remained of our conversation. He said “get your plate number” and I said “ok no problem, didn’t...

“Breakfast was good . No variation on selections from day to day though. Room was clean and tidy every day. Location to attractions was excellent and parks was good and convenient.”
