“Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and spacious staff. Generous perks! Very close to Dollywood”

“Ok ”

“This was an unexpected treat! I planned this last minute trip and this was the best place to stay. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo and it was fully loaded with a loaded kitchen (cups, plates, silverware, etc) a washer a dryer,a balcony, fireplace and a jacuzzi tub. The lazy river and pool with hot tub was a win with my 4 year old as well. There's so much more they offer and we will definitely be back. They even were able to extend my stay another night through text message which was very convenient!”

“Room (accessible) was nice and roomy. Floor was dirty, with food crumbs, napkins, and someone's lost charger. Nice having a kitchenette. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Ample parking and close to shopping, amusements, etc. Rate was fair. Staff fairly nonexistent, and generally didn't acknowledge you unless checking in/out or asking a question. Didn't use pool(outdoor) due to time of year.”

“Beautiful hotel, great staff, best breakfast, comfortable bed. Will come again.”

“Mysigt personligt motell med uppvärmd pool och spabad. Frukosten var sparsam med kaffe, sötsaker och gröt. Var fantastiskt att sitta och dricka vårt morgonkaffe i gungstolarna och se solen gå upp över bergen.”

“Rooms were very nice and I would return again.”

“The property is practically brand new and well maintained. The staff was helpful, but not noteworthy. The breakfast was not nearly worth what they're charging for it. Weak coffee (colored water, more accurately), the oatmeal condiments were very old or nearly empty. Poor selection if breads. The coffee was the biggest swing and a miss.”

“This place was just...so good!”

“Very clean rooms, everything close by. Staff was very helpful and courteous.”

“Very nice hotel”

“GREAT place for a reasonable price. Amazing pool, very good breakfast. Will be my go-to choice for Pigeon Forge from now on.”

“Room was very large and spacious. Well laid out. Divider curtain between bathroom and beds was nice. Property is well located near restaurants and just across from The Island rides and entertainment area was directly across the street. Very pleased with the stay.”

“Staff was unfriendly and apathetic. One day, housekeeping only made one of the two beds and did not clean the bathroom. . Parking was a nightmare.Bed was uncomfortable. Accessible room had a bathtub with no seat and no handheld shower.”

“Nice hotel”
