“We had a great time exploring the coves on Douglas Lake in the canoe and paddle board. The lake water was clean and warm. Adrian was a great host. He was quick to respond to any issue that arose. The large fans were helpful to give us relief from the July humidity. The nearest grocery store is about 20 minutes away, which isn’t too bad. This was a perfect place to stop for a few nights on our way to the Smokies. Thanks Adrian!”

“Our family of four (kids 11 & 8) LOVED this place. It was perfect for our needs. We had enough space, and didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Very clean. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook full meals - spaghetti, tacos, BBQ, etc.... They provided enough linens and towels for our family. Two bathrooms worked great! One with a sink and toilet for the kids and a full bath for me and my husband. The RV park is quiet and maintained. The pool at the RV park was GREAT on...

“Great location. Great amenities. The pool was so nice. Free WiFi worked fine for us. We have Roku tv and it worked fine with the WiFi. And the host is available to answer any questions. He even helped us with early check in. Will definitely stay here again when we return to the mountains.”
