“Best property to stay at in Pigeon Forge. Always clean, great pool, quiet sitting by the river behind it. With in walking distance to a lot of food and activities.”

“The room was clean but there was a terrible odor in the room like stale cigarettes and the hot tub didn’t work. Very dated”

“What I didn’t like about the stay was after paying for rooms we have to pay for parking each day we stayed. Wasn’t to find of the faucets in the bathroom water gets all over the sink. Housekeeping only came in the make our bed and take the garbage out, didn’t sweep, didn’t make sure we had tissue. The room we stayed in the floor next to our bed had like a large coffee or soda stain which means the floors wasn’t mopped.”

“We had an issue with the manager and attendant at check in. I was called a lier by the manager and told I had to leave the property right then. I was led to believe I would get a full refund. When called by Expedia the front desk refused to give us a full refund and charged me for one night around $300. I called and made a formal complaint with Holiday Inn. The manger that night then told Holiday Inn that I called her a lier. I offered to take a lie detector test to prove who was being...

“Very clean smells fresh when walk in. Thre staff was friendly always asked if needed anything breakfast was good. I will stay again. It's also dog friendly for a fee we didn't have my dog with us. .”

“When we arrived at the hotel, the computers were down. They took our luggage and said they would put it in our room when the computers were working. When we got back to the hotel later that day, they couldn’t find our luggage or the room that was in. Other people were offered water we were not. The water in their gift shop was $6 for a regular size bottle.”

“Balcony overlooking the river is beautiful. Driving to breakfast was was the only thing I didn't like. Rooms are clean. Everyone very nice.”
