“Clean room. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Parking was a breeze - which says something in over- crowded Gatlinburg. I loved that this hotel is slightly off the hectic center of Gatlinburg and had a friendly, woodsy feel. ”

They said it was repaired the next day, but when we walked towards the room, we could smell gas from outside. They told us it was just a back build up that needed to dissipate, and we left our door open for an hour till it mostly went away. “The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick.
