“They had late check in time and early check out time (1100). I asked if I could keep the room until 12 00 since our flight was at 15 00. Usually That is ok but here They wanted 20 euros for one extra hour or 30 euros for Two hours ”

“This apartment was beautiful. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We did have some trouble getting through the gate when we arrived at 11pm at night but a rep from the rental company came to help us within 15mins and got us in. Even showed us around. Very helpful. The property itself could use some upgrades as the door locks were ancient and the one window in the living room wouldn’t shut or lock. Overall, we definitely would stay here again. ”

“This property is in a beautiful historic area surrounded by castle walls and tower and walking distance to Piazzle Michelangelo. We did not see a close store for groceries, but enjoyed the restaurant across the street. The only problem was the shower...no window covering for privacy and the water did not drain well.”
