Bra hotell i centrala Genève
Jättebra vistelse och tacksam för att jag fick ett rum med kylskåp och micro när jag stannade så många dagar. Eftersom rummet låg högt upp var det ganska tyst trots den centrala lokaliseringen. Väldigt trevligt gym men tyvärr fungerade inte löpbandet, vilket jag har räknat med när jag bokade hotellet.

No cold setting on the AC
The hotel is centrally located only a short walk from the train station. Very nice staff and smooth check in. The hotel room was nice and clean. The only bad thing with our stay was that they hadn’t turned on the cold setting for the hotel rooms ACs yet in early April. The room was extremely hot and there was only one window that could only be tilted a little bit open. It was hard to sleep due to the heat.

Jag hade bokat rum m balkong. Jag fick ett rum där balkongdörren var sönder och inte gick att öppna. När jag påpekade det visste de om att det var så. Eftersom det fanns andra lediga rum m balkong fick jag byta. Lite märkligt beteende att placera mig i det första rummet.

Bra hotell nära stationen
Mycket fint hotell med bra service. Området är bra då det ligger nära stationen men mindre trevligt då det ligger en bit ifrån de trevligare delarna av staden, dock så går det snabbt att ta sig runt då staden är liten. Hotellet bjöd på gratis kort till lokaltrafiken.

Fint hotell med perfekt läge
Hotellet är väldigt fint och alla var trevliga. Läget nära tågstationen är perfekt vad du än vill göra. Det enda negativa var att det luktade (gammal) rök på rummet trots att det var rökfritt, så vi vädrade hela tiden. Eftersom vårt rum låg mot tågspåren så lät det mycket. Det hörde man dock knappt när fönstret var stängt. Väldigt välisolerat! Otroligt skön säng! Vi provade aldrig frukostbuffén.

Helt ok
Hotellet är snyggt, har en trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummet var bra, men sängen lite väl kort och sängmaterialet (lakan, kuddar, täcke, etc) inte så behagliga. Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt i stan och det är bara 10 min promenad till centralstation med tåg och spårvagnar, och lika lång promenadtid till Genèvesjön. Dock ligger hotellet nära järnvägen och är väldigt lyhört vilket gör att det kan vara ganska störande med ljudet från tågen som passerar. Överlag var det lyhört och man kunde höra grannarna prata högt och hissen öppnas/stängas. Eftersom frukost inte ingick, och jag bokade ganska långt i förväg, glömde jag bort detta och åt ändå frukost på hotellet under vistelsen. Inga konstigheter. Vid utcheckning kom frågan om frukost och jag berättade att vi ätit frukost två dagar vilket dom tog betalt för. Återigen, inga konstigheter. Men att notan blev ca 250 kr/frukost, och hamnade på 1000 kr för oss två för två dagar är lite väl i överkant för en ganska medioker standardfrukost.

Utmärkt som vanligt
Mkt rent, trevligt hotell som ligger nära till tåg- och spårvangsförbindelser. Dock lite skumma kvarter i närheten men att promenera ner till sjön tar inte lång tid. Rummet var för varmt då de nyligen stängt av AC för säsongen.

Great location. Fantastic facilities. Highly recommended. Can walk most of the city from the hotel. Plus the Geneva transport pass for hotel stayers a good initiative of free phblic transport travel.

We had an amazing stay! The facilities were incredible (including a little kitchenette) so we could buy and prepare our own food. The staff were very friendly and helpful plus, you get a transport card which made exploring Geneva super easy. Thank you so much, the only hotel we will be staying in from now on.

Great hotel for our family of 5, they have connecting rooms. Less than a 5 min walk from train station, easy friendly check-in. Spacious rooms, walkable to the rest of Geneva, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy to hop a train in the morning to the airport.

BEST HOTEL IN GENEVA
Great location, very beautiful surrounding atmosphere, and close to Main train station, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, i was also upgraded to a beautiful and spacious room, very lovely and great. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. I stayed there before and will continue to patronize.

Nice option from Geneva stay
Around 5-min walk from the Bahnhof and 10-min walk to the Geneve Plaques. With a bus stop almost right outside, the hotel can be easily accessible. The room is spacious and cosy. Just my room is facing the train station which inevitably is a bit noisy when trains pass through the station. Overall, it's a comfortable stay.

Room and common areas, and staff were all excellent. Laundry facilities were not available (working?) causing me to go to a outside place. Fortunately, after I research d places found one that was 2 minutes away. It was very nice. Staff should have had a list of places recommended (distance, rating).

Amazing hotel and friendly/helpful staff. The hotel is extremely close to the train station and bus station. The old town is 10/15 minutes walk away and there are plenty of dining options within walking distance. The reception staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you. The room itself was cosy and spacious. It was also very clean. Loved this hotel and would recommend to others :) thank you Hotel Auteuil!!!
