“The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights.”

“The exterior of the property looked similar to the photos posted online. Unfortunately, the interior was a very different experience. The elevator and the room had a strong unpleasant odor, making the environment uncomfortable. After inspecting the room, we immediately informed the front desk that the room was unsatisfactory and decided not to stay. “Unit is dirty has cockroaches ”

“Checkin wasn’t great. Communication was good but they told us about an unexpected tourism tax just for staying there but we weren’t aware of the tax until we checked in. Wouldn’t have booked with them had we known about a tax. ”

“Overall was good, but the towels were filthy and stained, which is unacceptable. Asked for new ones, but some were still stained too. This gives you 1 star as hygiene is a must for any hotels”
