- You must not allow any other person to reside at the accommodation.

- You are responsible for any damage cause, wilfully or by neglect by you or your household or visitors, or any one you have allowed to gain access to the premises. This includes the replacement of equipment & furniture provided. The cost of any damage will be recover from you.
- You must not tamper or interfere with the electrical or gas installations.
-You are responsible for ensuring good behaviour or any part of the premises, including your visitors , and members of your household including children.
-You must not cause any nuisance , distress, annoyance to any other occupier living in the vicinity or their visitors.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
