"Room was clean, staff was finer and parking was adequate. Breakfast could have been better. Items were empty and staff had to be notified in order to refill them which at times took quite a while....Expected better monitoring and refilling of offered items"

The room they assigned to me was filthy, starting with dirty stained pillow cases, and the bedspread were filthy with stains as though someone vomited on it. I refused the room and requested a refund which the attedent refused to provide. ..."
