"Our stay at Hotel Graal was very positive thanks to welcoming staff, smooth check-in and a helpful porter. During breakfast, one staff member always greeted us with a genuine smile and excellent service, which set a lovely tone each morning. The laundry service was fast and the shuttle driver Gino made our transfers comfortable and memorable. Our room was clean with a newly renovated bathroom, and the balcony view was absolutely breathtaking, although the furnishing felt sparse. The location is excellent, close to everything in Ravello with buses right outside. The pool area also had wonderful views, but like the hotel overall, would benefit from updated furniture and décor. Breakfast was varied and tasty, enhanced by the spectacular views. Prices are on the higher side, but fair for the area. Overall, Hotel Graal offers great service, cleanliness and unforgettable views, but the property would benefit from a general refresh. Still, we would gladly recommend it to others visiting Ravello."

"Fantastiskt boende på alla sätt och vis! Rena, fräscha rum med utsikt över havet och hamnen. Det är mycket ljud från hamnen och busstationen, men stänger du fönstret blir det nästan helt tyst. Fantastisk personal, som hjälper dig med allt mellan himmel och jord. De har varit vänliga och hjälpsamma innan, under och efter vår vistelse. Jag kan inte rekommendera detta boende nog! 11 av 10 i betyg. Amalfi var fantastiskt fint och skulle jag åka hit igen skulle jag bo på Palazzo Vitagliano utan att blinka. "
