* Seasonal Dock: The private dock is 16`x24`. Water depth is seasonal. At summer pool (359`), the depth is approximately 4 feet. You can check current Kentucky Lake levels online for the most up-to-date information. This dock is shared with the adjacent unit.
* Security: For your safety, a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera is located at the front entry. It faces the outdoor entry area and does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video when motion is detected or the doorbell is pressed.
* Adjacent Unit: Please be aware that there is an adjacent unit on the property which may be occupied by other guests during your stay.
* Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi and in-unit laundry facilities are provided for your convenience.
