“The one bedroom, ensuite room was great. It was lovely to be able to eat home cooked meals at a dining table and sit on a lounge suite to watch some television. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and an under-bench fridge and freezer. Unfortunately the dishwasher wasn’t working but wasn’t an issue. “AVOID AVOID AVOID After having this booked for months I spent over 90 minutes speaking to hotels.com the night before check in as we had not received any instructions. I was re-assured we would get them by 1pm the next days. 1pm came and you guessed it. Host not answering calls or emails, hotels.com very unhelpful and travel nest, the company who manage the bookings even more useless. They left us stranded in Sheffield with nowhere to stay. “Just as described, great little find for groups of friends and family, modern clean and well equipped, parking is limited but we chose to park in the park and ride at nunnery square and travel in by tram , no hassle and free parking, great place for the theatre, crucible and all the eating and shopping venues, only slight issue the sofa beds are more suited to children and teens, not for us oldies. ”

“AVOID! On arrival we got our keys from the keylock which was a simple process. When entering the apartment it completely stunk of cigs and w - as if people had been in there for days smoking. Even aside from the foul smell the place is very run down, lots of marks and stains on the walls etc. The glass hob surface had a large chip/crack on it which you could easily cut yourself of. A number is given to contact and says it's staffed until 8pm. We arrived about 8:30 but messaged basically...

“The appartment was not clean, an heavy smell of sewer. Many places in the apartment was really dirty: bathroom curtain, oven and fridge was destroyed. There were dirty bed sheet in a wardrobe entrance. The wifi password was not given to us and after our arrival we had no answer at all from the property. Hopefully we have booked only one night. I do not recommend this place.”
