No hot water in the bathroom, a refrigerator that wasn’t cold. Putting a desk chair on rollers on a tile floor was a recipe for disaster as it slid out from under me and I fell. It’s located near the airport, eateries of all kinds (Olive Garden is just a few steps away from the hotel.), shopping centers, and I-64 (towards Richmond and Virginia Beach, either direction). “The facilites are extremely outdated and you are met with a cigarette smell upon entry into the facility. I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay.”

“The room itself was clean and comfortable. The bathroom, however, has black mold all over the top of the shower and there were counter stains and delaminating which took away from the experience. The area was okay but there were some areas of the motel property that gave huge safety concerns but luckily we didn’t have to stay on that side. There is no breakfast included at all. “AC was great and actually turned it to heat as the evening was chilly. Everything was clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable and good shower !!”

“I loved how it was right next to the Williamsburg Welcome Center. The rest of the Historic Triangle Area was within a 20 to 30 minute drive. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions I had. As a solo traveler I felt completely safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Williamsburg or the Historical Triangle Area.”
