“Our stay started out on a bad note, as the young lady who checked us in was not at all pleasant nor welcoming. Not even a smile….we were tired after a long drive and a pleasant welcome would have been appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was very nice, with many choices. All in all, a nice hotel, and we would stay again.”

“Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent buffet for breakfast.”

“Lady at the front desk was rude”

“Very nice room. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.”

“After a bit over 20 yrs frequenting this property, I can definitely see a huge decline on just about everything except the breakfast and front desk personnel. Obviously the entire place is old but it’s in desperate need of need of a huge makeover. Appliances that don’t work, doors to the balcony that barely open and close but worse for me and more important has been the housekeeping dept. the past 3 years specially I’ve noticed how the bathrooms were horribly cleaned at time of check in,...

“We had a great experience! The hotel was lovely, and everything was smooth and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it!”

“Mycket bra hotell, rent och snyggt”

“Pleasant stay”

“We loved our weekend at Warner Hall. Such a beautiful property, with spacious rooms and a fantastic breakfast service. Mindful staff who took really good care of us. Don’t miss the little boathouse where you can borrow kayaks. Close to historic Yorktown and Busch Gardens. ”

“I showed a couple days early and the clerk found my later reservation but did not check me in under it. I discovered later that I still had this reservation and tried to cancel it but the manager refused despite me already staying the same amount of time and charged me for a second stay. I will avoid this company going forward.”
