“We loved our weekend at Warner Hall. Such a beautiful property, with spacious rooms and a fantastic breakfast service. Mindful staff who took really good care of us. Don’t miss the little boathouse where you can borrow kayaks. Close to historic Yorktown and Busch Gardens. ”

“Room wasn’t clean even in the slightest. Nothing had been mopped or wiped down. The toilet and bathtub was still dirty and even had hair in it. The fire alarm was ripped off the wall at some point in time and the fridge was beyond disgusting. There was raw, rotting, chicken drums left in it for god knows how long and was leaking juices inside and outside of the fridge and stunk. It was so bad we had to leave the hotel and find a new place to stay at. Even the hallways smelt like dirty diapers....

“So my my room had a trip in the electrical box. It took 15 hrs to get it switch moved back and forth . I had no tv , no microwave to eat , fridge where food was now defrosting. After mt 5th try I was told to use the microphone where they serve breakfast. “The first room had toilet issues. The second room had food under and around the furniture. The beds were clean as was the bathroom. The key card did not work upon second entry. The staff assisted but seemed more inclined to socialize with each other. The fountain area outside had a very high curb. I tripped and broke my phone. The breakfast was very limited to almost nothing. My sister and I were sad.”

“Staff was very nice and attentive. Clean towels were provided, room was clean. There are some renovations going on so that has the outside kind of sketchy looking but it was an overall great stay.”

“This is a no frills, basic hotel room. Expedia has it listed as pet friendly, but it is not. Went up to the first room assigned to me and it was still occupied. Was given a second room and that one was not clean. Third room was acceptable. Inexpensive rates made this stay adequate. As a solo traveler who was only in the room to sleep, it met my basic need of a room.”

“The overall hotel is good for a 3 star hotel. The beds were comfy, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast is a nice amenity. Cons: There were stains on the walls in bathroom, the tub could use a better scrub, and the carpet was dirty.”

“The staff allowed us to drop our luggage off before check-in so we could go off to do other things and that was nice. The mattress was fairly comfortable and the air conditioning worked fine. Otherwise it was an unpleasant experience. The room was dark and dingy. The furnishings were worn out…the easy chair had stained fabric, the bed sheet had a hole in it, and the handle on the folding door to the bath was missing. The TV produced a message stating that the streaming contract was expired so...

“The people here are nice, but don't expect 5 star service, its just not that kind of place. Room was constantly damp and dank, the bathroom was rough (loud fan that was clearly broken, there was leaking water in multiple places), trash bags in the hallways leaning up against vents? Bugs in random places. I really don't like leaving bad reviews but this was not a place I'd return to without a lot of work being done to it, but I won't hold my breath.”

“We stayed at this hotel in June 2025, and apart from a really awful odor in our room, it was okay so we booked it again this year (for one night). This time, the room was not fully cleaned, had some serious maintenance issues, didn’t have enough bedding or towels for the 3 people for whom we booked the room, and, worst of all, had a broken A/C causing the temperature in the room to be 80 degrees! “They have a one-way parking lot and the room smelled a little of smoke after arriving but it was excellent at serving its purpose as a rest-stop for a night of traveling, rather than driving sleepy to returning home. Our batteries to our room’s remote died two hours after arrival but we just manually pressed the buttons for the night, the bathroom door in our room also had a hole in it but it was nearly undetectable upon arrival. “Great place for families especially if you are visiting the theme parks. Large pool, arcade, bar, market for coffee and snacks and great nearby dinning.”

“Room was not clean. Door and walls were dirty, air conditioning vent was very dirty. Phone in room did not work. TV did not work but they replaced that. Seems there was a lack of help to maintain the rooms”

“I booked a3 night stay 2 nights we had a storm and no electricity with no compensation no back up generators nothing just in dark until you weren’t.. the door locked on the handle but no other safety features the door had crackers you could see outside you get what you pay for.”
