“First of all nobody should be allowed to stay at this property. From the outside it is scary looking. And I wasn't even sure that I was at the right property upon pulling into the parking lot so I drove around the back and it looked like Armageddon… So unkempt… Debris everywhere apparently they are redoing the rooms but to leave the back of the building looking like that is unacceptable. “Pros: The staff were excellent and very friendly! Cons: The pool was closed for the entire duration of our stay for unknown reasons. The bathroom (specifically around the toilet area) was not as clean as I would have expected. The couch in our room had suspicious-looking stains on it and none of us dared to sit on it.”

“We drove 6.5 hours and paid for the room days in advance. Once, we arrived and checked in we were informed they had given my room away. I asked if he had a king and he stated he did but when given the keys, I was booked into a room with 2 double beds. I went to use the fridge and didn't realize it wasn't plugged in and when I had to move the shelf it was in to plug it in, I found 2 dead mice.”

“This property is very out dated. It is need of upgrades. But if you a looking for a cheap stay and convenience then perhaps this can work. Please note that the breakfast is not worth mentioning. It's a pack of outmeal and teabags. Not even bagels, donuts or anything like that. A few pieces of fruit. There was some muffins but when I tried eating it was so stale and dry I almost choked.”

“This hotel was clean and spacious. We stayed three nights to go to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. It was close to both places (10min). It had all the amenities shampoo, conditioner, shower gel in the shower, small soap, lotion and make-up remover wipes, hair dryer. “The staff was great and accommodating while in town for a Hampton University event. The service will be the reason for my return. Breakfast is steady, waffles are good, sausage may need to consider another supplier, not very flavorful, and lastly, bed was great, but it's time to upgrade the pillows, room was clean as always, again it is the service that keeps me coming back ”

“Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!”
