“The location of Moot Point couldn't be better! Great Neck is a quiet enclave and very special because of the abundance of nature right in the neighborhood! Also a great jumping point to Cape Ann and other surrounding destinations. The cottage was clean and beds comfy. The hostess was very responsive and you can just tell that she cared that your vacation was satisfying and that your needs were met.”

“This home was absolute charm and character - my boyfriend and I will be talking about this stay for years to come. We loved the library, spent our mornings and evenings sipping coffee and looking at the spectacular view, and everything was so convenient to Rockport and nearby. We had more than enough towels, clean linens, and pillows to keep us comfortable. Unfortunately, cleanliness did leave a bit to be desired - we washed each dish before we used it, and dust bunnies had collected behind and...

“The unit was very clean and walking distance to the beach. One thing that would be a huge improvement would be a new mattress on the queen bed. The unit is pet friendly but the owner/manager could go above and beyond and recommend the renter research pet friendly areas for exercising their pet (the main area is very limited on pet access). Communication was very timely and thorough and friendly. I recommend this group as someone worth doing business with.”

“My spouse and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday and it was perfect! Cute, cozy, close to everything. There are beaches, parks, and shops steps away—we enjoyed getting breakfast sandwiches from one of the cafes nearby and having them by the beach in the morning, but it is easy to cook at the cottage, too. Parking was good for us as well. Overall it is a very comfortable little place to stay and I would definitely stay there again!”
