“The location is very nice, right on the beach. There are many restaurants a short drive away.The cottage was clean and had most of things needed, you do need to bring your own queen sized sheets, towels, and paper products (there are paper products there, but no replacements). The cottage is very small, especially the bathroom, so be prepared for that.”

“This is a small, tight, but charming cottage in a nice neighborhood. The only downside is that the bathrrom is on the ground floor while the two bedrooms are on the second floor up/down a narrow, steep stairway. This wasn't a terrible problem, as the owner has done a good job of lighting and improving the stairway. But those with limited mobility would find this a challenge.”

“The rental is in a great location - super close to the town center and the Hyline ferry dock. A nice place that easily slept our 4 adults and 1 baby. We had a few issues and the host was quick to respond and help out. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the check out process which I found very inconvenient. Otherwise the home is lovely, the host is helpful, and the location alone is enough reason to book this one again! ”

“The cottage was nice enough but there was one huge flaw. There was no way to cook!There is no stove/oven in the cottage. Outside was a nice five burner gas grill. But – no propane! When I contacted the owner he apologized and said the main house next door had a propane tank that we could take. My husband went over there but couldn’t get the tank free. We were going to just use that grill but couldn’t get the gas knob to turn on. Owner was located in NY. He said he had a friend who was local who...

“Our January stay was sensational to finally see Cape Cod and Nantucket. To that end we could have used plowing/shoveling in advance of our arrival along with ice melt because the walkway was dangerously iced over. The parking lot was plowed so we were all set not long after arrival. Comfortable amenities and we had all we needed for a weekend to walk the beach and explore downtown Hyannis and walk to the Ferry terminal. ”
