Away in the room… for instance you can’t have the bedroom and living room Ac on at the same time, the units just turn off when there hasn’t been movement in the room, the room gets hot when sleeping, also if hey missed a few things like putting the black out blind “stays” on all...

“Very nice hotel, the room was super. The breakfast was a little bit limited. But I would absolutely stay there again if I ever visited Great Falls again.”

“Arrived late and basically was just able to sleep and get up and shower and eat breakfast and leave but very nice property with plenty of space for us and our dog.”

“Property was very clean and the breakfast was good just wanted a piece of toast. The night lady did not make us feel welcomed when we walked in and when we asked her where to go to eat she only told us one place. But all and we would stay there again.”

“Maintenance note. Pool shower didn’t shut off, hot tub handle very loose/safety issue?”

“We really enjoyed our stay this weekend, for the age of this hotel I am so impressed with the upkeep of this hotel. Room was great, staff great, very clean, location great. Only problem we had was they didn’t come in at all to give us towels or take out garbage. But we could have stopped at front desk to request some service to room. Overall very happy with our stay here”

“nice facility. Last minute check in - and I'm not all about tech communication - but luckily the ladies were still "in the office" and able to get us all checked in. Never could figure out how to make the tv work - maybe info in the email that I was not able to receive while on the road. Otherwise very nice for the price!”

“Hard to sleep. Either the cleaners were loud in the evening or people above me were stomping and loud.”

“Check in was fine. Room was okay- uncomfortable beds. Dog poop all over outside the back door. Room keys would not work past 8am on day of checkout. Only two doors to get in and out of building - right at front desk - ridiculous- and it was not for security… breakfast was nutribars or old commercial packed muffins. Fridge in room worked but door was wrong way opening. The only good thing was the price and it was quiet.”

“Recently updated rooms but paper thin walls; I could hear everything; check in staff not helpful to tell me where to park or how to get in; no signs in garage plus roads were blocked two days I stayed and no one bothered to give heads up on how to get in or out; had to clean hair out of bath tub. Can’t expect too much for price but basic etiquette would have been nice.”
