“Beautiful outside setting that was clean with view of the Missouri River. Indoor pool was very small and water looked abnormally thick- didn’t get in. Room was clean. Front desk at check in was nice but rambled off a ton of information in a short time span and I didn’t get most of it. It was regarding breakfast, internet, pool/gym…. Checkout. Nothing was wrote down but the room number the key card. Breakfast was good but they ran out of half and half everyday early into the breakfast hours which...

“The staff had zero clue about anything. They struggled checking us in. We had asked about staying the next night as well. seemed like we were booked for that when we left the desk. The next morning the house keeper was banging on our door at a little Ayer 8 am. We told her we were supposed to be booked for another night. Then the front desk called shortly after and asked if we would come down to the desk. Apparently we were not fast enough for them as the front desk came to our room. God forbid...

“It was awesome just say hello.to all and they just gave me the best care. From front desk atten to 2 ladies in kitchen I said hello to them and they treated me like royalty. All the employees and was a smile and a hello blue ribbon for all”

“I think we may have just arrived on a weekend when the hotel was over-booked and the staff was overwhelmed, but overall I was not impressed and would not stay here again. Our shower didn’t drain and filled with 6 inches of water whenever we used it; we asked staff to take a look at it and they never did. The pool and hot tub were a big part of the draw for booking here, but both were so dirty from over-use that we never got in. There was a hot breakfast served every morning that was good, but on...

“The room was fine but warn. The check in time was 3 pm but the room wasn't ready until 7 pm. There's a breakfast bar but nothing but coffee. The receptionist was friendly and apologetic”

“The price of the property was good as well as the location, but the cleanliness know I found a hair on what was supposed to be a clean towel… The door was very difficult to enter every time and there was no icemaker on any floors. The guest was responsible for filling the ice cube trays which were not filled upon coming into the room. I would not recommend this hotel.”
