“House is blocks away from Rogue Creamery and Coquette Bakery, centrally located to explore wineries on Rte 238, farmers markets in Medford and Ashland.The kitchen is very well equipped, supermarkets like Albertson's and Market of Choice are close by, we cooked every night.”

“Everything was just as advertised, a comfortable and beautiful place to stay! Everything in Jacksonville was within walking distance of us! A very small thing, compared to the overall excellence of our stay, is beware of the fireplace hearth when walking around the couch to access the living room! If not giving it full attention it is a tripping hazard and we tripped over it several times during our stay, no other complaints and everything exceeded our expectations!!!”

“The area is nice it’s near town. The house isn’t very clean. There’s stains on the carpet, The floor wasn’t clean. The silverware and knife’s played some were not washed they had previous guests stuff in them. The pots don’t work for cooking very well they are pretty old. We found 2 cockroaches in the kitchen unfortunately. The house is nice it just needs more keeping up with and for it to be cleaned.”

“What an awesome little house! This rental is so conveniently located. Great restaurants, grocery, parks, entertainment just minutes away. The house is insanely clean, kitchen well stocked and the washer and dryer were an extra bonus. Stayed with 2 small kids and the backyard was easy for them. Place also had a bassinet and a high chair. Check in was smooth and we had no issues. Definitely our home base for future stays. Thank you! ”

“So the hot tub didn't work. It was leaking water and when I tried to turn it on it wouldn't even heat up and it was obvious all the water was leaking out. The bed was atrocious. It was like sleeping with a big hole in the center of it. You just both rolled to the center and our back's hurt in the morning. The couch bed wasn't any better. We folded it out and it was all sagging and broken on one side. Other than that the kitchen was really nice to have. The shower was clean and nice. There just...
