“I love ALL Staybridge Suite Hotels, but this one is AMAZING! Full buffet breakfast ( included in room price), Social Hour providing 2 alcohol/drinks to each guest of age- provided M-W in the evening around 5:30 -7 pm. Fully stocked kitchenette including stainless steel full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, flatware and a cooktop stove with 2 burners. ( there is a trick to turning them on, so just ask the staff) . My room had a balcony with 2 chairs/small table... Most impressive...

“The property was nice. The rooms were very cute! Housekeeping on the first day didn’t clean our room because they said I had a do not disturb sign (it was on another room two doors down) the front desk agent even called me to verify that I wanted our room cleaned and I said yes and she asked about the sign, I said I don’t have a sign on our room. Again that’s on another room. It seemed no one knew how to check room numbers. We were gone all day and we come back and room isn’t cleaned at all. I...

“We had a condo overlooking the creek and with a view of the mountains. It was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The in-room fireplace was also a romantic touch. The location is excellent if you like peace and nature, but still being only a block away from the main strip of restaurants and activities. RiverStone is also very close to Dollywood and Dolly's Stampede theater. We found it well worth the cost and will be back next time...

“Most people just overlook the negative review because they think the person writing it had a beef with the motel or some axe to grind and they miss the real truth. Well in this case take the time to really hear what is being said. This lodge was the most unfriendly dirty and untruthful places we have ever stayed. We asked for an accessible room were told “we got you covered”. The only thing accessible about it was the doorway to the bathroom. . Not one bar on the walls to assist in the shower...

“Super nice place to stay. I only stayed one night but could without a doubt have stayed longer. Worth the price and more. Really clean and well kept, a newly renovated. Breakfast was typical American hotel breakfast. Only trouble I had was the neighbor in the connected room who watched and laughed at the TV all night. Would absolutely recommend. ”
