“Nice, family friendly property. Clean rooms, super helpful staff. Breakfast included was a great perk for the family, and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Lots of pros. Couple of cons: pay $5/night to park in their lot, and even though we booked & paid through Expedia, they put 3 different holds (totaling over $350) on my credit card. Would likely stay again if in the area which is close to Sea World, 6 Flags, lots of shopping and restaurants.”

“This hotel is not worth your stay, they do not care you experience in staying with them. They only care about policies even if you reach out to them timely and explain situation. I would rather stay with someone who cares about customer experience.”

“DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Traveled 5 hours, for a Surgery consult and made reservations through Expedia. I wanted to change locations of same chain motel because it would be closer to my Dr. Appt. The motel DID NOT answer. Expedia calls to change rez. They know who is calling and REFUSE to answer because if this! I had to pay penalties, which is the entire cost of the room!! I had insurance, DID NOT help!!! All of these Palestinians, Iranians, whichever, come to Our USA, act like they are better...

“It’s a good hotel for the price, I needed to stay one night on NW S.A. The pool was nice and clean which was a plus for my daughter, she enjoyed the water for the hour she was in and I enjoyed the sun beating down on me😁(one word, “UMBRELLA”)”

“Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool is very nice. Hotel is out of date though. Elevator kept going out. There is NO gym or they decided to close it while we were there. Several places to eat around hotel and Seaworld is very close.”

“The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. ”

“The hotel is in a good location. Breakfast offerings are typical fare. There’s an additional charge for parking that I didn’t know about til I checked in. The hotel is clean. Staff is friendly!”

“Pool was closed nobody said we had to walk to another hotel to be able to swim. Never knew $10 a day for parking. Hotel should have informed us.”

“Room was dirty, bathroom was even worse, hallways smelled like wet dog, one elevator didn’t work & the one that did work was disgusting. Floors creaked in the room. Power went out in the middle of the night one day. Had to turn the lights in the kitchen on so that the rest of the lights in the room would work. Would NOT recommend.”

“Being some type of air freshener with you because the rugs smell funny and the vent from the air conditioning system smells worse. The rugs need to be replaced, they are outdated.”

“I liked this property, the rooms were clean and spacious. I liked the movies and smores for kids. The pools were nice . The parking fee was a rip off. For that reason I don’t think I will stay at this property again.”

“The floor was dirty,the bathtub had brown stains in it and did not drain properly. The mat they provided was full of mold. They didn’t replenish linens when they took the dirty ones and did not provide enough in the first place. This was one of the most unclean places I have ever stayed. The only good thing we got out of it was they did offer us a ride to the store cheaper than an uber since my rental didn’t work out on the first day. I will stay here again.”
