The apartment is full of charm, with a French balcony and beautiful exposed beams that add to its character. The only downside was the noise at night – it was difficult to sleep due to the lively street life, garbage collection, and cleaning in the stairwell. “I booked a comfort apartment, and overall had a good stay. It was very clean, and the overall check-in experience was simple, helped greatly by the instructions sent beforehand by the Innstay team. Note, you’ll need a data connection to open the building door. The apartment is in a great location, most landmarks within walking distance, and loads of cafes, restaurants and bars a short walk away. Apart from some very noisy tram and building works, I had a good stay and would recommend it!”

“When you walk into the property it does look okay at first. However, the clothes rack was extremely dusty so we couldn’t hang any of our clothes up, we didn’t have any soap to wash our hands which is basic hygiene so we needed to go buy our own at the shop, there was rubbish in the bin when we got there, marks all over the wall etc. As the apartment is split into 4 flats, it’s extremely noisy when people are going in and out constantly.”
