Pensionat i Goulais River

“Clean property, located close to restaurants and amenities.”

“Very clean room, comfy bed. The decor is classic. Lots of warm pine. The kitchen was stocked with just the most basic items, but we had our camping equipment so had all we needed. The bonus coffee and apple fritters were appreciated and very good.”

“The rooms are very quiet even when the hotel is sold out. We didn't hear any other passengers or noises. Breakfast is a hot buffet with the usual items. All fresh and tasteful. Coffee and tea are available 24 hrs. The hotel is clean in general and particularly the room, super clean. Nice amenities and location are excellent. The highlight of the hotel is the staff. All of them, from the front desk to the lady in charge of the breakfast. Nice, helpful, kind, knowledgeable of the area, and...

“Good location.”

“Place was nasty!”

“I feel like home… the staff showed much hospitality . Would highly recommend to my family & friends. Only recommendation is to improve the breakfast menu with healthier options .”

“Nice little cabin. Brantiful lake and aunset viewing location.. Futon was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Water pressure in the shower was nearly nonexistent. Need assigned parking areas for each cabin.”

“The Trunk Road Motel is an older building, but in very good repair. The room that we stayed in was smaller but very clean. The wifi and television worked flawlessly. The bed was comfortable with good linen. For the price, the Trunk Road Motel is definitely a bargain.”
