“Good quality breakfast, friendly and helpful staff”

“Some room occupants who have stayed in the facility for a long time seemed to be entitled. I had a guest come to visit and he kept banging on the wall because we were laughing and it was not even quiet hours”

“spindelnät på väggen, utsikt från rummet uselt”

“Wonderful historical home with a unique history. Caretaker was very helpful and kind. We'll probably go back.”

“The pictures used to advertise the accommodation was deceptive, as they did not tally with the actual things on ground. The mattress collapsed deeply on impact and was uncomfortable to lay in. Furniture was old, duvet looked worn. The overall sanitation was poor. We could not stay and we had to move our bags back into the car soon after we checked in. It was a big disappointment. The host never responded to our complaints despite our several attempts to communicate with them. Expedia has not...

“The property did not meet the expectations from the pictures. Tried to cancel as soon as we checked in but the owner said no. We ended up checking out earlier than we were expected. Took the $$$ loss.”

“Floors were dirty.”

“Paul & Dominique are great hosts with tons of travel”

“All was as stated. Beds were a little firm for my liking”

“Turn in to property driveway is awkward when approaching from WB Seacliffe and borderline unsafe when coming EB from the roundabout. Remember- Leamington drivers can often be unpredictable.”
