It was a great location close to downtown Boston and Gillette stadium, with easy access on and off the interstate. Also across from a mall and near restaurants. Will definitely choose this location again when in the area.”

I selected the hotel because of breakfast included, and the only “food” offered was muffins and Natture Valley Oat Bars. No bread, no yoghurt, no cereal, no eggs. “This lil apartment is located across street from Walgreens and Dollar Tree so was very convenient for the little things we forgot to pack. Safe surroundings. Parking is a lil tricky, but be patient and just drive round the block you will easily find something. Walking distance to the train station. Host was very sweet and helped us with all our needs. Only a few minor issues. The floors and doors are very squeaky, but it is an older home so that is expected we just hope we didn't bother...

I go to the front desk and ask for a new room, since I had booked a “recently renovated room” — yes, that’s exactly what it says in my booking. The room is barely 1–2 stars.
After two separate discussions, I am first promised a better room, only to later be told, when it’s time to switch, that I’ll have to “settle” for an equivalent (recently renovated) room.
The breakfast was substandard — we only ate 2 out of 4 days. This is an overall terrible hotel, with an unfriendly manager and a total scam!
I believe Hotels.com should remove this hotel from its listings, as it tarnishes the reputation of other affiliated hotels that actually deliver what they promise in their marketing."
