“I love this place, I will always stay here! Convenient location, plenty of parking, friendly staff. A stop n shop (grocery store) is on the next block over and I always walk there to grab stuff for the room. Breakfast is always great, rooms are spacious and clean, and the area is quiet enough. The train station is very close by so when I come into Boston I park my car at the hotel and take the train everywhere! Again; I love this place! Always my first choice when booking to stay in the area”

I go to the front desk and ask for a new room, since I had booked a “recently renovated room” — yes, that’s exactly what it says in my booking. The room is barely 1–2 stars.
After two separate discussions, I am first promised a better room, only to later be told, when it’s time to switch, that I’ll have to “settle” for an equivalent (recently renovated) room.
The breakfast was substandard — we only ate 2 out of 4 days. This is an overall terrible hotel, with an unfriendly manager and a total scam!
I believe Hotels.com should remove this hotel from its listings, as it tarnishes the reputation of other affiliated hotels that actually deliver what they promise in their marketing."
