“My family (4 adults and 2 kids) really enjoyed our stay. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We appreciated the large washer and dryer - we didn't really need to pack so many clothes! The beach immediately in front of Cayman Reef Resorts had been washed away but there was a nice stretch of sand adjacent to the property that was like our own private beach. “Kyle was accommodating enough to allow early check in since my flight got in around noon. Access to the condo was seamless. It was clean and well kept; though the furniture needs updating. I loved the quiet beach for lounging. The onsite bar has a great spicy margarita. Had breakfast down the street at coconut Joes’’s a few times. The best snapper I’ve had in a while came from Peppers! Great stat overall. Use Rowan Water sports for your tours! They’re great! ”

“We loved having the extra space of a condo versus a hotel room, and this condo was lovely, updated and included plenty of amenities. The owner responded immediately when we had a toilet leak and had it repaired ASAP. The beds weren’t super comfortable, so we had sore necks the entire time, but overall it was great. We were disappointed in the overall state of the condominium complex. It was quite rundown and the beach/swimming area wasn’t great. Additionally, there is an abandoned condo complex...

“We were provided check in information for the wrong unit, making for quite the panic after a long day of travel. It was quickly remedied, but could have been avoided. The unit is nice but needs some attention. The dishwasher leaks, and the drains in the baths are VERY slow. We took the liberty at replacing the lightbulb in the refrigerator, and replaced the battery in the clock. We found french fries on the floor in the bedroom. If you can overlook minor annoyances, this place will be just fine....
