“We made a quick trip to Grand Lake and truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It was close to everything but also tucked behind the main store front so it was nice and quiet in the evening. Close enough to walk to the restaurants, shops, and in particular the ice cream shop overlooking Grand Lake! We would stay here again at the next chance we get.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Nick’s condo in Grand Lake. The condo was very clean and well equipped to allow us a worry free stay. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a washer and dryer available to use. We loved the location as it was within walking distance to great food and cute shops in downtown Grand Lake. It is also close to RMNP entrance and Adam’s Falls for hiking and adventure. We highly recommend and will definitely be back. ”

“Cute town and extremely convenient location. Loved the “quiet” side of Rocky Mountain National Park. It was well stocked and nicer than anticipated. We had a couple of maintenance issues - the smoke detector in the bedroom was hanging by the wires and the living room one was removed with the wires hanging down. “Great location, super easy access to the RMNP. House was great, perfect for our getaway. Back porch views were great of the river and landscape. Based on personal preference, we didn’t care for the bamboo toilet paper and tissue or the low pressure shower head. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. So, with all of that we still give it a 5 as it’s a great location, super clean, great communication, easy access to the park & would absolutely stay here again.”
