    Situated in the heart of downtown Grand Lake, this all-new condo boasts luxe modern living and walkable distance to shopping, dining, and the lake. Enjoy easy access to miles of nearby trails, including the Grand Lake segment of the Continental Divide trail. The perfect home base for a Rocky Mountain adventure, the condo includes parking in the front and back. Condo complex has a rooftop common area with a table for outdoor dining and amazing views.

    After the day's adventures, unwind on the spacious private patio while taking in views of downtown and the surrounding mountains or kick your feet up in the sunny living area and open up the windows to circulate cool mountain breezes. The kitchen features gorgeous counters and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer and dryer.

    In winter, cross country ski, snowshoe or take a short drive to family friendly Ski Granby Ranch ski area or just 30 minutes away is the world class Winter Park and Mary Jane ski areas. Feeling more adventurous, head out on some of the hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails.

Great location! Clean! Great communication. My kids and I loved this getaway and exploring the town and just riding bikes and taking close hiking trails. Had every accommodation needed. Highly recommend!

What an awesome place to stay. We loved it! The hub coffee shop is right outside the front door. Everything was in walking distance. The town of Grand Lake is a beautiful place to visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Nick’s condo in Grand Lake. The condo was very clean and well equipped to allow us a worry free stay. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a washer and dryer available to use. We loved the location as it was within walking distance to great food and cute shops in downtown Grand Lake. It is also close to RMNP entrance and Adam’s Falls for hiking and adventure. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Grand lake

Clean, new, spacious and the bed was AWESOME!!!! And PERFECT location if you're going to Rocky Mountain National Park. It's MUCH mellower on this side rather than the Estes Park side that is beautiful, but CRAZY BUSY. We would DEFINITELY stay there again.

The property was very clean and in a fantastic location! Just steps from restaurants and bars and coffee shops. The patio offers some privacy, which is great as well! Easy check-in process, and great communication!

Location

This condo is in a great location. Coffee and cinnamon rolls were around the corner. It was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, or miniature golf. My family enjoyed it.

We loved our stay over the 4th of July. Can't beat the location - right in the middle of everything and a stone's throw from the water. The unit was lovely and clean. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely book again. Thank you!

My husband and I stayed at this condo in Grand Lake for a week and had a wonderful experience. The unit was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and felt like a home away from home. Communication with our host was great also! The location is ideal—just a short walk to downtown Grand Lake, which made it super convenient to explore shops, restaurants, and the lake without needing to drive. Also, it is a very short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. The condo was peaceful, cozy, and perfect for our visit.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Grand Lake!

Great Location. Clean

This condo was located in a great place. We could walk to the restaurants, lake and park. The condo does not have a view but we spent all of our time outside. It was clean and very nicely equipped. It was perfect for our trip. The owner was very accessible and helpful.

Awesome property and location

This property was super clean, in a great location close to everything Grand Lake has to offer, and easy to locate. I loved the patio and availability of parking. The only complaint I had is that the walls are paper thin and I could hear everything the neighbors were saying or watching on tv. However, I would stay again.

While we had a little hiccup with the condo, I honestly believe it was a very rare circumstance and don’t think it’s even worth sharing. With that said, the property manager was incredibly responsive and made the situation right immediately. The condo was very clean. It’s located on the ground floor, just adjacent to the included parking spot, with a handy gate in the patio railing, allowing for easy access to your vehicle for loading/unloading. The kitchen is well stocked, with basic essentials in the pantry. The two futons fold out nicely for one person each. There are comfy cushion toppers in the closet to add to the top of the futons for extra comfort. There was construction going on about 30 yds from the unit, which was decently loud. It’s easy to avoid by starting out your day by 7:00 am. The best part by far was the location in the center of town. We could hang out in town, and know we were always only a few minutes away from “homebase”, which came in handy with a small child that always needed a snack or the restroom. The price may seem a little steep for what you get, but I promise you are paying for the convenience (of being close to shops, restaurants and the lake). Overall, it was a great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Awesome Condo, close to everything

Beautiful, comfortable, very clean condo. A little confusion locating and checking in but we figured it out. Beautiful setting. Walking distance to everything. Host was responsive and helpful. We loved it so much we did not want to leave. Definitely recommend this property and Host!
