You're in excellent hands if you move forward and book your stay at this gorgeous 4,400 square foot home, as we've been Superhosts for 8 years with our Denver home.

The home features a huge private deck where you can enjoy panoramic mountain and lake views of Lake Granby. The deck boasts a large gas BBQ grill, sizable outdoor dining area, lounge area and 6-person hot tub. There's a 2-car garage with an EV charger, and there's an additional private back porch on the 2nd level of the home, as well, to soak in the views opposite the lake.

Plus, it is the only property in Grand Lake where every bedroom has it's own private bathroom for exceptional privacy and convenience for multiple couples, families or friend groups. These features and those listed below set this home-away-from-home apart from all others in the Grand Lake area and we think you'll enjoy the home as much as our past guests and our own family.

Upper Level Features:

The second level of the home features a large, open kitchen with a huge walk-in pantry, a living and dining area that forms the Great Room, complete with a gorgeous, modern fireplace and overlooking the expansive deck with amazing views.

This level also has two king bedroom master suites, each with their own private bathrooms, a sunny, bright second living/seating area with vaulted ceilings adjacent to the back porch, and a dedicated room with both office and fitness space complete with wellness, fitness and relaxation equipment. A convenient powder room off the living and kitchen space completes the upper level.

Ground Level Features:

The ground level of the home features a third living area that's your dedicated games room (foosball, pool table, and shuffle board) and bar area, including a wet bar, for all-ages entertainment after a day out exploring.

Down the hallway on the first level you'll find two additional bedrooms; a cozy queen bedroom with it's own private, ensuite bathroom and a bright bunk room with 2 custom built XL full beds with twin beds above each. The custom-built bunk beds and a bathroom just a few steps down the hallway make this bedroom a favorite for younger guests. You'll also find your stocked laundry room (kid-friendly items like a pack-and-play and high chair can be found here) as well as access out to the back of the home and property on the ground level.

Since our family enjoys spending time up here too, this beautiful home is fully stocked with everything anyone could need; from 4.5 well-appointed bathrooms in the main home, to games, to a dedicated coffee and tea bar, to a well-stocked pantry, and plenty of parking and storage space for everything you bring with you.

Guesthouse & Helpful Info For Groups/Families of 13+ guests:

There is a separate, private 1-bedroom guesthouse on the south side of the lower level of the home (1 wall of the games room in the main home is shared with 1 wall of the guest house)

Groups of 13+ will be given access to the guesthouse as well, which features a large king bedroom, private, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet with a second washer and dryer, and its own living/dining space.

For groups of 12 or fewer guests: This guesthouse may/may not have a tenant during your stay. Although you will likely never hear or see the guesthouse tenant, we like to be transparent to our wonderful future guests.
