“Property is well maintained and clean. The view on the lake was beautiful to wake up to every morning, we had breakfast on the balcony everyday. Beds were very comfortable and accommodated our family very well. Be prepared for stairs though, we got our steps in everyday, but it was well worth it! *As the host asks, please don't put tide pods or detergent in the center agitator of the washer, that is meant for fabric softener only. We had to clean out a tide pod from a pior tenant.”

Property and house were beautiful. really cool back yard was great for the three families that stayed there…lots of common space but also lots of nooks and crannies to create separation. in the perfect spot, 1 minute to the marina, 3 to the city, 4 to the park. would definitely recommend! ”

“What an incredible house. There are plenty of beds and spaces to lounge. The views cannot be beaten, the water and the porches are incredible. It’s also a 5 min walk to the downtown area of Grand Lake. We hope to return. ”
