“The room has two beds which were both placed off center of the room. The left bed only had one foot of room between the left wall and bed to access the left side of bed. The right bed had over five feet of room between the right side of the right bed and the right wall. The two beds should be placed centered in the room to allow easy access to both sides of both beds. The walls between the rooms need much better soundproofing. “Clean room, friendly staff”

“Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, parking was available and easy, we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub! ”

“Smelled room dirty sink clogged extra bed not comfortable coils coming out . They would not switch us to a double bed for even one out of the 2 king rooms we booked . They would refund the 2 nd day stay even though we let them know all these issues at 4 am and checked out at 8 am. ”

“Location was great, right off I194. The room was very comfortable however there were a couple of places where the cleaning could have been better. The buffet was very good and always hot.”

“Excellent spacious suite, nice breakfast, friendly staff. I was having problems with my room key though. Each day the staff would have to fix it so I could enter my room. It was a pain having to go back down stairs each day especially after being tired after a long day out. We stayed 3 nights and clean fresh towels would have also been nice. The maids never showed during our stay. I loved the location and would return.”

“The property was without power for hours. No elevator during this time. Unfortunate but would have appreciated some kind of accommodation or compensation for the inconvenience. Blood on pillow join arrival.”

“The pool was nice. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. The hotel was pretty run down with worn carpeting. In our room, the carpeting was newer. The room had been painted recently, but there were paint runs and spatters. The toilet seat was broken and the shampoo container was broken off the shower wall. There was a faint unpleasant odor in the room.”

“The stay was nice, the room was decent. Breakfast was great for the kids and the coffee was good and 24/7. The outside was pretty gross and they were having some technical difficulties, but the staff was very helpful.”

“The decor is lovely. The staff at the front desk, valet, and restaurant were so welcoming and helpful. Note of caution is that any info once you are in the room must be accessed by QR codes. It’s all very modern. We ate at both restaurants and they were perfect.”
