“Quiet, clean, pleasant neighborhood, walkable (sort of long) to downtown. Reasonably priced for what it is, basically a comfortable bedroom with a second room. As the listing says, there isn't a full kitchen, just a microwave and coffee machine and a small fridge. There is an outstanding breakfast place a short walk away (The Biscuit) so you won't miss preparing breakfast. Owner lives in the other half of the house and was very pleasant.”

“Apartment was bigger than expected and perfect for the occasion. Slight issue with a clogged drain but Edgar was right on getting it fixed! Check in and check out were smooth. The area is a little depressed and not much around other the Mexican restaurants but it was only 15min drive from Down town Grand Rapids. ”

The apartment was extremely clean and had all the amenities listed, including plenty of toilet paper (previous reviews indicated this was an issue and it was not for us). “The property was great. Huge space for everyone. It was very clean and had everything we needed. I rented this space to have a weekend where all of the kids and their significant others could stay. We went to Fredrick Meijer Garden's in GR and then spent some time in Grand Haven. It's located right in between both areas. I would suggest the Coopersville Brewery, the Creamery (located just next door) and the Delly Belly Baker (across the street) for donuts/breakfast in the morning. We just had a...
